Hello! My name is Sara Lefler. I am a Registered Nurse and a Nurse Injector. My Medical Spa is located inside Bei Capelli Salon and Spa. I believe that everyone is naturally beautiful and unique in their own way and understand that most people have insecurities that can hold them back in feeling their best. My purpose is to enhance your natural beauty and to give you the confidence that you need and deserve.

I love my husband, Lee, and my children, Caleb, Jacob and Lyndon, with all my heart. I am thankful for every day the lord gives me with them. I am a people person and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also love what I do! My passion is helping people and making them feel beautiful within themselves first.

I have been a nurse, RN-BSN , at Rhea Medical Center since 1998 and still work PRN in the Emergency Room there. I have been a Certified Filler and Neurotoxin Injector since 2012. My training as a nurse and injector with over 20 years of combined experience, lets me give you the best quality services in the area. I am always around the medical field as my husband, Lee Lefler MD, is a Radiologist at Chattanooga Imaging. I continue to educate myself to be the best at what I do.

Slowing down, for me, is not an option! I spend quality time with my 3 boys, my husband, my long time and new friends, and my 2 dogs. I run, work out and watch SEC football.
